Material defects, shortages or incorrect orders We do our upmost to make sure we only send out the correct and best quality materials, correct lengths but at time these may be missed or mistakes made, therefore we ask you to check all goods before fitting as once this is fitted it cannot be exchanged. If you do have any defects in the materials please get in contact within 48hours of receiving the goods and provide pictures of the issues, we will do our upmost to correct this or replace the items.

Prices: are as quoted on the website at the time you place your order, in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) including VAT. Delivery charges will be applied at the checkout. All prices and delivery charges quoted are valid and effective only in the United Kingdom.
Delivery: Delivery is usually estimated next working day on most of our products when ordered before 11am on a working day excluding Saturday. All orders made between Friday 12pm to Monday 12pm will be dispatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday. Unless the product is out of stock and then you will be made aware via email. We will email when the order is being processed and also when the order is dispatched, If you would like tracking details then please email us for these, Someone must be present on delivery to sign for the good unless requested otherwise.
Please be aware all Car Mats are 5-14 days lead time. If the delivery is not on time then please do not hesitate to get in touch as there may be a problem with the courier delivering the goods, You can get in touch via email on our Contact Page.
When the goods are delivered ensure that all the items are present and in good condition as these can only be replaced if they are signed for as missing or damaged.
The delivery cost is worked out by the weight of the goods purchased the basic cost upto 20kg depending on the volume size is £8
The couriers we use are DX & DX Express.
DX Delivery Attempted Deliveries: In the event that a delivery is attempted on the scheduled day and there is no one available to receive and sign for the consignment, the courier will leave a card. This card will offer you alternative means by which to receive your delivery. It is vitally important that you quickly contact the delivery depot to re-arrange a time that is suitable to you.
If you arrange for a re-delivery at a time convenient and the re-delivery is made at the scheduled time and there is no-one to receive and sign for the consignment then you may be required to pay for the cost of the re-delivery attempt.
The undelivered consignment will be held at your local depot for a further 3 days, but if the depot is not contacted within this time frame the consignment will be sent back to us and you may incur further charges for this delivery back to our warehouse.
For your convenience we can offer the following two facilities: Delivery to an address of your choice, If it is more convenient for you to have your goods delivered to an address other than the cardholder address, then please state clearly at the time of order the delivery address required. Eg; your neighbour or your work address.
Delivery without a signature: With your written consent we are able to arrange for your delivery to be left without a signature if it is not possible for you to be at the address on the stated delivery day.
This written consent should be specified at checkout by completing the 'Special Delivery Instructions' box after accepting our Terms & Conditions or alternatively by sending us an email or fax with the details including your order reference number.
It must clearly state the address and the exact site at which you wish for the your order to be left. (Please take into consideration the size of the items ordered).
By providing this information it will act as your written consent for us to deliver without a signature and we cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage to your goods once they have been delivered. Please note: Drivers are not insured to carry goods up flights of stairs. Goods delivered to flats may be left in the lobby area. Any damaged or incomplete deliveries should be reported to us within 48 hours for us to process the claim.
It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address given to us is correct. If paying by Paypal also please ensure the address is up to date, should you wish to send to an alternative address, please call or email our offices.
Cancellations: Right for you to cancel your order. You may cancel your contract with us for the goods you order at any time up to the end of the seventh working day from the date you receive the ordered goods. You do not need to give any reason for cancelling your contract, although it would be appreciate if a reason was provide, and will not have to pay a penalty.
To cancel your contract you must notify us in writing or verbally over the telephone.
If you have received the goods before you cancel your contract then you must send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited to us from your credit card or debit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods and the amounts to be recredited to you.
Variations: We may revise these terms of use at any time by amending this page. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we made, as they are binding on you. Personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned as these cannot be re-sold!
If you are not happy with the products you can return these items at your own expense. All returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of the shipping date indicated on your sales receipt. After 7 days your order will be assumed satisfactory and claims of shipment errors, shortages, faults or requests for returns or exchanges will not be accepted. Goods may be returned/exchanged provided that the item(s) are returned in clean, sellable condition with all tags intact, subject to the discretion of MatFacture and this will be exchanged or refunded accordingly.
